What if I can't make my required monthly payment?
It's important to keep current with your payments and maintain good credit. However, if you're having difficulty making your payments, please call the number listed on your statement as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to work with you.
I need the payoff amount on my loan. What should I do?
If you are interested in paying off your loan, please contact your local branch office. Select the Locations link above or call 1-866-665-4500 to find your local branch phone number.
Is the balance due the same as my payoff amount?
No. If you need your payoff amount, please call your branch.
What is E-Z Pay Plus?
E-Z Pay Plus is a service provided by a third party provider which automatically debits your checking or savings account for the amount due on your loan account. You can select to have payments withdrawn once-a-month, twice-per-month, bi-weekly or even weekly, depending on what makes the most sense for you. How many loans can I enroll in E-Z Pay Plus?
You can enroll all eligible open loan accounts in E-Z Pay Plus.
Who can enroll?
Any customer with open loans in good standing can enroll in E-Z Pay Plus.
What should I do if I want to change my E-Z Pay Plus payment frequency or dates?
If you wish to change the frequency or payment dates, please call your local branch.
My account summary states that you have not received my last payment. What should I do?
There may have been a postal or processing problem, which delayed our receipt of your payment. Please call your branch to verify that the payment was received.
Can I change the due date on my statement?
Not at this time. However, if you enroll in E-Z Pay Plus, you can choose to have payments made every other week or monthly on a certain date, which may provide you with more convenient payment dates.
